Computers

• Less than 5 years old.
• Windows 10+. All editions, including 64-bit. Must be genuine.
• macOS 13+ (Ventura) or higher
• Processor 2.4 GHz.
• Minimum RAM 4GB – 8GB Recommended.
• 256 GB Drive. SSD or faster.

Servers

• Windows Server 2012, Standard and Essentials or newer
• Ubuntu 20.00 or newer
• Display optimised for 1280 x 1024 screen resolution or higher 

Networking Equipment

• Less than 5 years old.

Microsoft Software

• M365 Licences, or Microsoft Office 2022 or newer.

All Devices

• Must be owned by the company.
• Must be fit for purpose (i.e. A residential router in a large office is not fit for purpose. In a small office it may be fine.).
